SuperTuxKart

Karts. Nitro. Action! A bright 3D arcade kart racer with powerups, battles and soccer, playable with up to eight friends on a single computer or online.

SuperTuxKart is made by the SuperTuxKart team and open-source contributors. It is a 3D arcade racer that aims to be more fun than realistic and enjoyable for all ages. In Story mode you face the evil Nolok to make the Mascot Kingdom safe again, or you can race the computer, compete in Grand Prix cups and chase your fastest time in Time Trial. Version 1.5 has 21 official tracks, from snowy mountains to tropical jungles and spaceships, 18 official karts in three classes, many of them mascots of open-source projects including Tux, and 9 powerups collected from gift boxes. Race, battle or play soccer with up to eight friends on one computer, on a local network or online, and install add-on tracks and karts from inside the game. Donors can get a gift package with two extra tracks through the official Donate page.
