A deep turn-based survival roguelike set after a zombie and monster apocalypse. Scavenge, craft, build vehicles and try to stay alive in a huge open world.
Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead is developed by CleverRaven and hundreds of open-source contributors. It is a turn-based survival roguelike set in New England after an apocalypse of monsters and strange disasters. You scavenge for food and gear, learn skills, craft tools and weapons, fortify a base, repair vehicles and try to survive in a huge, procedurally generated world. The simulation is extremely detailed, which gives it great depth but also a steep learning curve, so expect to spend time with the in-game help. The game contains mature themes and descriptive violence and is best suited to players aged 16 and over. Cataclysm is licensed under CC BY-SA 3.0, and its full source is public on GitHub.
