Minesweeper reimagined in space: find the black holes, reveal the grid and stay alive.
PROXX is made by the Google Chrome Labs team, including Surma, Jake Archibald and Mariko Kosaka. It is a stylish take on Minesweeper: reveal the cells of a grid while avoiding hidden black holes, using the numbers to work out where danger lies. Pick a difficulty or set your own board size and number of black holes. It runs with smooth animation on desktop and phones, and works with keyboard, touch and screen readers.
Plays free in your browser at https://proxx.app/ with nothing to download, and it keeps working offline once loaded.
